Veggie Marinade
1 1/4 cups oil
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Whisk to combine well.
Yield: Approx. 3 cups
