8/10/2002 A second Grand Island youth has been arrested in connection with the July 16 graffiti painting spree that caused an estimated $6,000 damage to six buildings, including St. Timothy Lutheran Church and Grand Island Town Hall. The youth, 15, admitted his involvement and was released in his mother's custody following his arrest Thursday night, according to Detective Fred C. Vincent. He and another juvenile, who was arrested previously, broke into a building under renovation and stole six cans of spray paint, detectives said. |
