Boys Soccer - Far West Regional Quarter Finals - Friday, November 13, 2009
Pittsford-Mendon 3 - Grand Island 0
The Grand Island boys soccer team played in the Far West Regional Quarter Finals last night in Spencerport High School versus the #1 team in NYS, Pittsford-Mendon High School. Grand Island came up short and lost 3-0. A disappointing end to a historic record breaking season, and one that these boys will remeber for a long time. The Grand Island fan support was awesome, with an estimated 150 in attendence, which included a strong student population there to support their school.
