Adult & Universal Programs Starting April 24 & May 1 - April 2023

   Mondays: DANCE PROGRAMS: Learn and have Fun with Caribbean dance, Contemporary dance, and Jazz. Come and live the experience of learning new rhythms and getting a taste of many different dance forms in one class, and of course, having a lot of fun at the same time. Body language exercises, Training techniques for dancers, Basic dance steps, Projection of dancer on stage, Choreographic games, Costume Design, and Dance performance.
   1. 1030am to 1130am: Love, Live, and Dance! Adults 18+ (*no partner required- singles and couples welcome)!
   2. 530pm to 6pm: Tiny Tot ages 3-6
   3. 630pm to 730pm: Young Dancer ages 7-17.
    Tuesdays:
   1. 11am to 1230pm MINDFUL MOVEMENT (Qigong): Adults 18+
   2. MUSIC LESSONS (ages 6 to 88)
    A. Private Music Lessons: 3:45 to 4:15pm & 8:00 to 8:30pm Beginner to Intermediate and Advanced Level Guitar (acoustic, electric, bass, classical), ukulele, mandolin, dobro, dulcimer. Band Instruments: alto sax, clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone, Keyboard (bring your own), ear training, and theory.
    B. Guitar Beginner 2: 430 to 530pm. Some experience needed: Learn songs using notes and major and minor chords. Review instrument tuning, care, and music notation (symbols).
    C. Guitar Beginner 1:530 to 630pm. No experience needed: Learn the basics of simple songs using notes and simple chords. Instrument tuning and care.
    3. 645pm to 730pm: PILATES Adults 18+
    Wednesdays:
    1. 1030am to 11:15am ZUMBA GOLD ages 50+ (*Adults aged 35 to 49 are welcome to try 1 complimentary class. Please call the office to try 1 complimentary class or to register within this 35+ age group)!
    2. 6pm to 7pm YOGA - Adults 18+
