Workshop Wednesdays is an adult art program that offers a range of classes for beginners to experts. Sign up now for our upcoming workshops!
May 1: Claude Monet Paint Night: This paint-along workshop is excellent for any skill level! Participants will learn about impressionist Claude Monet and his renowned “Waterlily” paintings. This is a beginner to expert-level workshop. Please bring a smock or wear clothing you don’t mind getting paint on.
May 15: Intro to Charcoal: Still Life: Embark on your charcoal drawing journey in a supportive environment at our Intro to Charcoal: Still Life workshop. This beginner-level workshop will equip you with the tools and techniques to start drawing with charcoal, and we'll be there to guide you every step of the way.
June 5: Plein Air Watercolor Painting: Unleash your creativity in the great outdoors at our Plein Air Workshop! Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to paint in nature using watercolors. Bring a smock, water bottle, and lawn chair; we’ll take care of the rest!
June 19: Shibori Dyeing: Go beyond basic tie-dye and learn Shibori techniques! Shibori uses intricate stitches and combinations of stitches or dextrous ways of folding. This is an intermediate-level workshop. Be prepared to do some hand sewing, tying, and dyeing. Please bring a smock.
Floral Creations with Shirley! FLYER. Each workshop is 1 night: Monday evenings 630pm to 8pm. Learn to design centerpieces, wreaths, flower arrangements, and more! Apply your new skills to design and create your beautiful centerpiece or flower arrangement for: Mother's Day- May 6, Bridal shower - August, Baby shower- September, Thanksgiving- November, Christmas – December, Valentine's Day- February, Easter- March.
