July 11             “The 100-mile Diet,” a challenge to us all on helping to eat/consume more                            responsibly, will be facilitated by Jon and Cathy Rieley-Goddard.  We’ll chat                                 about trying to spend 75% of our food dollars on foods grown/produced within                                    100 miles of Grand Island/Buffalo.  (See enclosure.)
