Parish Players 2014 Shows Announced - October 2013
It is with great excitement the Parish Players announce their shows for the 2014 season!First on the agenda is "Disney's Peter Pan, Jr." - Show dates: February 8 and February 9, Directed by Maggie Rustowicz, MaryElisabeth Rustowicz, Annie Niland, and McLain Erhard. We are looking for youth from age 4 through 8th grade for this show! There are plenty of fun and exciting parts!
Auditions will take place on: Monday, November 4 - 4 pm to 7 pm - Hospitality Room, Wednesday, November 6 - 5 pm to 7:30 pm - Cafeteria, Friday, November 8 - 4 pm to 6 pm - Hospitality Room, Call backs (by invitation only) - Saturday, November 9 - 1 pm. Please come prepared to sing a song!
Second on the agenda for the season is the upbeat, classic musical, "Bye Bye Birdie" by Michael Stewart and music by Charles Strouse. The story of Conrad Birdie, an Elvis type, who is about to be inducted into the army. It is a wonderful show, full of plenty of excitement for everyone! It will be directed by Maura Rustowicz, vocals by Annalea Masiello, music by Jeanne Suski and choreography by Cathy Thomas. Show dates are February 21, 22, 23, 28, March 1. We are looking for teens and adults! Auditions will take place on Monday, November 4 - 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Hospitality Room, Tuesday, November 5 - 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Cafeteria, Friday, November 8 - 6 pm to 8 pm - Hospitality Room, Saturday, November 9 - 11 am to 1:00 pm - Cafeteria, Sunday, November 10 - Call backs - by invitation only - 1:00 pm - Hospitality Room. If you are in need of a specific audition time, please email Maura at macorust@roadrunner.com. Please come prepared with a song, preferably from a show.

Limited tickets for Saturday evening show, please call ahead to order, 465-5574By Jodi Robinson...I went to see the Parish Players production of "Fiddler on the Roof" last night and was blown away by the professionalism of the show. Steve Olszewski was born to play the part of "Papa", and brought tears to most eyes a couple of times during the show. The entire cast had strong performances and vocals, with some in the "holy cow that was great" range. The orchestra, with less then a dozen players was awesome. The sound and light equipment went off with out a glitch. The Parish Players know what they are doing and we are blessed to have them in our community. Kudos to Director Maura Rustowicz!

Parish Players Seeking Fiddlers For Spring Production - January 2013
The St. Stephens Parish Players are seeking fiddlers for the Spring 2013 production of “Fiddler on the Roof”. The show will be at the church located at 2100 Baseline Road, Grand Island. Show Dates are April 12, 13, 14, 19 and 20.Requirements:
1. The ability to memorize and play on the violin some intermediate level tunes.
2. No fear of heights.
