items only. No residents spoke.
A motion was
made by Councilman Robillard, seconded by Councilman Roesch, to approve the
minutes from Workshop Meeting No. 24, June 3, 2004, Workshop Meeting No. 26,
June 7, 2004, Regular Meeting No. 10, June 7, 2004.
One amendment was made to the Audit of Claims motion of June 7, 2004. The
motion was supposed to say: seconded by Roesch, not Robillard.

Supervisor to sign contract with Skylighters of WNY for fireworks display
A motion was
made by Councilman Roesch, seconded by Councilman Robillard authorizing the
Supervisor to accept the Fujisawa Healthcare donation of $5,000 and to sign a
contract with Skylighters of WNY for the 4th of July fireworks.
The Town Attorney has reviewed the contract and the required Certificate
of Insurance has been received.
