motion was made by Councilman Roesch, seconded by Councilwoman Argy to adopt
the following Human Resource
Policy regarding cell phone use in Town vehicles and to distribute the policy
to each Town employee.
The use of cell phones while driving is not permitted by law unless you
are using hands-free equipment.
Adherence to New York State law is required by all Town employees
driving a Town vehicle.
