Supervisor to Sign Agreement to Co-Locate a Town Communication Antennae on the
Existing Cell Tower at the Water Plant

motion was made by Councilman Billica, seconded by Councilwoman Cooke to
authorize the Supervisor to sign the Tower License Agreement with Crown Castle
dba Global Signal Acquisitions II, LLC. This
agreement allows the Town to place an antenna on the cell tower at the Water
Treatment Plant to enhance the signal from our SCADA system.
