HVAC Preventive Maintenance Contract Grand Island Town Hall
A
motion was made by Councilwoman Cooke, seconded by Councilman Roesch to
authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with M.J. Mechanical Services Inc.
for the preventative maintenance and service contract for the Town Hall in the
amount of $3,869.00. The
truck/mileage charge is $40 per call.

Town Engineer John Whitney reported that the bids were opened
on March 28, 2008 for Liquid Sludge Hauling for 2008.

After careful review of the bids, Mr. Whitney recommended the
low bidder, Ball Toilet & Septic Services be awarded the bid in the amount
of $0.04799/gallon.

accept Mr. Whitneys request for low bidder Ball Toilet & Septic
Services be awarded the bid for Liquid Sludge Hauling for 2008 at
$0.04799/gallon.

Recreation Director Linda Tufillaro reported that the bids
were opened on March 19, 2008 for a box seeder. One bid was received from the following:

After careful review of the bids, Ms. Tufillaro recommended
the sole bidder, S.V. Moffett be awarded the bid in the amount of $12,595.00.
