Not-guilty plea entered to 9 counts of child porn
LOCKPORT -- A Grand Island man pleaded not guilty Monday in Niagara CountyCourt to nine counts of possession of child pornography allegedly downloaded into a computer at his former workplace in Niagara Falls.
Carl K. Courter, 58, of Elsie Lane, is accused of committing the offense
while working at Anderson Electric in April 2006.
Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth R. Donatello said Courter was
arrested while working at a McDonald's Playland in Grand Island. Assistant
Public Defender Michael E. Benedict said Courter no longer works there.
