A Grand Island man who lured teens to his Whitehaven Road home by passing himself off as a record producer pleaded guilty Friday to second degree rape for an encounter with a teenage girl who is pregnant with his child.
Jason Meden, 31, pleaded guilty without comment. He has been in jail since May, after violating a court order of protection obtained for the girl, now 15, by prosecutor Mary Beth DePasquale.
State Supreme Court Justice Penny M. Wolfgang, who will impose a sentence on Sept. 13, told Meden he faces from one to seven years in prison.
