We request your participation and input at one of these workshops
as we begin determining what needs to be done to protect and restore water
resources in your community and the Niagara River watershed. Please plan to
attend, your interest and assistance are greatly appreciated!
We also need your help to identify ongoing and/or planned activities by
your organization that involve or impact Niagara River watershed water
quality. PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN THE ENCLOSED SURVEY BY DECEMBER 31,

click on Programs, then Watershed Planning, then Healthy Niagara.
The Grand Island Library is
located on the north side of Bedell
Road between Baseline Road and Stony Point Road.
The Marilla Community Center
is located on the west side of Two Rod Road and is south of the intersection of
Two Rod and Bullis Roads. The Marilla Country Store is at the corner of Two Rod
and Bullis Roads.
Buffalo Niagara Riverkeeper and the US Army Corps of Engineers are working together on the development of a Niagara River Watershed Management Plan. These workshops are the initial public events that will start a multi-year effort to prepare this Plan.
At the workshops we will introduce the project and attendee’s will help identify Niagara River watershed concerns, opportunities and priorities.
