The Town Board held two public hearings in which no one from the public spoke.

One hearing was held for final approval of Phase 3 of the Park Place Subdivision at Bonnywoods Crossing and Harvey Road. The phase consists of 12 lots.

The other was for Majestic Woods for 25 lots east of Stony Point Road, but board members tabled a vote on the final "plat" (map or plan) approval on the recommendation of the town's Planning Board.

Earlier this month, the Planning Board reviewed the proposal for Phase 1 of the subdivision but tabled it because of wording concerns regarding the conservation easement.

"The fact is (the owners) agree to put the easement in, but we haven't cleared up the language," Supervisor Peter McMahon said.

Board members also noted that the Planning Board agreed to hold a special meeting on recommending the project, so that the Town Board can act on it during its Aug. 5 meeting.
