The
evening will consist of 5 wines and 4 food courses. It will also provide the
opportunity to those attending to preorder any of the wines tasted that evening
for up to 20 % off regular prices.
Aperitif: Renwood Sierra Series Pinot Grigio paired with Goat
cheese canape with sundried tomato & pinenuts, Cheddar crostini with crispy
bacon, & Fried sourdough bread with gorgonzola, mushroom dust & chives.
First Course: Chateau Ste Michelle Gewurztraminer paired with Lobster
dumpling on black bean cakes, ginger-scallion sauce and grilled limes.
Second Course: Angeline Pinot Noir paired with grilled romaine hearts with
portobello mushroom croutons, charred tomatoes, shaved parmesan-reggiano cheese
and a Dijon-sherry vinaigrette.
Third Course: Hahn Estates Meritage paired with roasted lamb loin chops
with a feta-olive crust, roasted red pepper sauce, vegetable ragout and garlic
whipped potatoes.
Dessert: Chateau Reynella 12 year old Old Cave Tawny Port
paired with Coconut rice pudding with banana spring roll, mango-lime curd &
caramel chop sticks.
