1.  2096 Fix Road-Robert Alaimo-a variance has been requested for the construction of an attached 2 car garage in the front yard setback.

 

2.  7 Windham Lane- David Homes- a variance has been requested for the construction of a single family home with less side yard setback than required , as well as relief from the installation of a sidewalk on the Sturbridge side of the property.
